Alrighty so i am extremelyyyyy happy that we had a four day weekend because im pretty sure i would not have been able to make it through school on thursday and friday. So during school while we have been reading the book i find it very interesting and i love the book which doesnt happen much. i like how mr. potter goes over the chapter because he helps me pull out the main ideas and understand it better unlike other teachers in the past that hardly help you. also the packet questions are great because they help me study before the quizes and will be a huge help when it coumes to the big test over the book. Chapter 11 was interesting just because of how jem ruined mrs. duboses (whatever her name is) flowers and as a punishment she wants him to read to every day after school for two hours. for me that would be a punishment because i absolutely hateeee reading but ill do it if i have to and then how the alarm clock would go off later and later each day which would stink too because then that is the longer you have to stay with someone you dont like in the first place because of what they have said about their father. by the end of that chapter i would have never thought that she would have died. i dont know why i wouldnt think that when they kept saying she has been sick for a while. another thing is how she gave jem the flower that he had ruined and how it was in a box like as a present or something, but whatever. well that was it for english now for my weekend. well my weekend was pretty good, thursday my parents were working so i was home alone with my sister all day so i decided that i would ask our neighbors up the street if they wanted to walk up to cicis since i live behind stoneridge and so we walked up to stoneridge for lunch and cicis was good although they did change the area a little bit. then later my sister had a cross country meet and she did good she was on the varsity team since they had to divide up and she got 38th out of like 118 and that was varsity. there was another 100 or so people on the jv team so she did great. i dont think i could run like that. then for the guys one of the kids set a new record for that course with a record of 10:58 which is insaneeee because thats like 5 and half min for a mile and i cant even do that right now it would take a lot out of me to run that much but hey overall thats great and the day was good then thursday night i slept over at my cousins house cause on friday we took her kids to the mall because they were getting their halloween pictures taken... that didnt go so well cause they were getting impatiant and cranky cause they were hungry but thats how little kids are then saturday and today i was at my grandma and grandpas house because it was my grandpas birthday yesterday so we spent time with them and went out to eat which the food was good too.. well thats it for today and im ready for this week
